What we do
Beer is one of the most simple pleasures. At the same time it's the most complex beverage in the world. At Hoenberg we commit to both, the joy of just sipping a cold beer as well as diving deep into everything that beer has to offer.
We brew our own beer. Single malt, single origin, one beer: Tokyo Helles. A beer we like to drink all day.
We educate about beer in hands-on workshops, curated tastings and delicious food pairings. Thereby creating unique experiences by drawing from and adding to the rich culture of beer.
We consult on and develop customized beers, beer brands and beer events for our customers.

スウェーデン、マルメ出身のピーターは、20年以上にわたりグラフィックデザインに携わり、看板、ロゴタイプ、およびグラフィックの形で手作り/手描きのタイプに焦点を当てています。セバスチャンに出会って以来、ビールとその伝統に対する彼の本物の感謝を得ました。彼は優れたビールを素晴らしい視覚的な要素として、ラベルやロゴタイプなどと組み合わせることを愛しています。
Born in Malmö, Sweden, Peter has been working with graphic design for over 20 years with focus on hand made/painted type in the form of signs, logotypes and graphics. Since meeting Sebastian, he has gained a real appreciation for Beer and its tradition, and loves to pair excellent beers with great visuals such as labels and logotypes.

Born in Munich, raised with beer, Sebastian has been working more than 15 years in the brewing industry. Malts, hops and yeast is his daily business. Brewing beer comes along with it and educating all about beer is his passion. As a professional beer judge and diplom beer sommelier he loves to create and share great experiences around great beers.
